Judith Tolhurst is a highly respected coach in the field of education. She currently runs a successful coaching practice working with school leaders and also trains school leaders and staff in coaching skills. She has over twenty seven years of experience within education having held many leadership roles in a variety of settings including headship.

She is committed to developing the potential of staff in schools and believes wholeheartedly in enabling schools to build their own leadership capacity. She currently delivers a range of programmes for the National College as well as her own courses. She currently works with school leaders coaching them around leadership issues and providing support.
