Author Bio
Hilary Lissenden is a coach and judge for the Amateur Boxing Association of England. As a Level 3 certified personal trainer, she specialises in the creative use of non-contact boxing in general and sport-specific fitness, working with private clients, schools and community organisations. In July 2011 she co-authored Boxing Fitness, a training guide for the public, also published by Bloomsbury.
