Morc Coulson has many years' experience in the health and fitness industry as practitioner, teacher and writer. He is Senior Lecturer and Programme Leader of sports and exercise development at the University of Sunderland. David Archer is Lecturer in Exercise Physiology and Physiology of Training at the University of Sunderland and previously lectured in Sport Science at the University of Aberdeen.
