Synopsis

Changing Lives, Changing Business addresses emerging demographic trends in Britain. Accessible and informative, this book offers decision-makers an overview of what lies ahead. Tackling tough questions - will retirement disappear? will we produce enough babies to have a workforce in the future? - its unique perspective makes it a must-read for business students, managers and recruiters alike. Praise for Going Global: 'The book draws information from a wide variety of sources and presents it in an easily digested form that will appeal to a wide audience.' Professional Manager (Jan 2008) 'Going Global offers that rare combination in a book - lots of accessible facts, the drawing of important links between seemingly loosely related subjects, and clarity of analysis. Read it.' People Management (March 2008)
