Author Bio
John Agard and Grace Nichols were brought up in Guyana and moved to Britain in 1977. Both are well-known writers and performers of poetry. Their poetry collections for Walker are Under the Moon and Over the Sea (9781406309591) - Winner of the CLPE Poetry Award - and From Mouth to Mouth (9780744583830). A new collection of nonsense poems from all around the world (Pumpkin Grumpkin) is publishing in September 2011. John and Grace live in Sussex. Cathie Felstead is an illustrator whose titles include South and North, East and West (9781406309188). She visited the Caribbean to inspire her illustrations in this collection; she lives in Hertfordshire.
