Author Bio
Ray Stubbs has carved out a successful career in sports broadcasting after playing professional football with Tranmere Rovers FC. Starting as a radio reporter and presenter, in 1986 he moved into television and produced, reported and presented on a number of sports programmes. During a career that has spanned more than twenty years, Ray has worked as a reporter and presenter on various regular sports programmes on television. He has also covered many major events, from football (including the last four football World Cups), snooker and darts to the Winter Olympics and the Commonwealth Games. Ray has become a regular fixture in sports presenting, and he currently presents a range of sports programmes.
