Tony Bradman started to write books for children in 1985 and is best known for the popular Dilly the Dinosaur stories for children aged 5+. Tony has sold more than 2 million books worldwide. His other Reading Ladder titles include Polly and the Pirates, Flora the Fairy and The Mummy Family Find Fame. He lives in London. Illustrator Aleksei Bitskoff was born in Estonia, and his influences include Russian illustrators and animators and Tove Jansson and the Moomin Trolls.
