Author Bio
Thomas Taylor grew up in Wales. He attended Norwich School of Art and Anglia Polytechnic University. He explored theatre design before graduating with an illustration degree in 1995, concentrating on children's illustration. His first commissioned work was for the jacket of Harry Potter and The Philosopher's Stone! Thomas works in both colour and black and white, providing line drawings for poetry and young fiction, as well as creating his own picture books, including Ludwig And The Chocolate Biscuit, (Orchard Books) and the very successful The Loudest Roar (OUP). His next picture books, The Biggest Splash (OUP), the follow up to The Loudest Roar, and Rabbit's Day Off (Gullane) are due out in 2006. Thomas lives in France.
