Media Reviews
Great - straightforward - fantastic. 3 words I have to say about this little minx of a Glance. It takes you from the pituitary gland all the way through girls and boys anatomy, fertilisation, pregnancy, gynae conditions and finally to a few nasty bits and bobs you only want to read about - not have...Heffner and Schust have done well, with a nice double spread covering each topic; you can either just look at the siccinct diagrams or read all of the text for that well rounded approach. Black Bag, Bristol University Medical School Gazette A well written book with clear descriptions of the normal reproductive function of both sexes and their disorders...Perfect for those PBL sessions on reproductive biology. Surgo, Glasgow University Medical Journal, 78:4 Exactly as the title says, you get brief but detailed information on hormone production and action on reproductive system development, and the associated disorders. It is brilliant for gaining a basic understanding of the reproductive system. With the aid of colourful pitctures and reasonably simple explanations, this book makes it easy for you to understand the basic principles. QMM Magazine, Birmingham University
