Synopsis

Author Bio
Jonathan Emmett is a bestselling author and paper engineer and the creator of many successful books for Macmillan including RUBY FLEW TOO! (978-1-4050-9026-1) and EMERGENCY RESCUE! (978-0-230-52875-8). He won the Red House Children's Book Award in 2006 and was shortlisted for the Richard and Judy book awards in 2007. This story was inspired by the real Santa traps that Jonathan built as a boy. Like Bradley, Jonathan hates getting socks as a present. Poly Bernatene studied drawing and painting at the Buenos Aires School of Fine Art, where he is now a visiting professor. As well as working in animation and comics, Poly has illustrated over 60 children's books. He lives in Argentina with his wife and two young children, and has never tried to trap Santa.
