STEPHAN KEUKELEIRE is Jean Monnet Professor at the Institute for International and European Policy of the Catholic University of Leuven (K.U.Leuven) and Visiting Professor at the College of Europe in Bruges (Belgium). He is member of the board of the Leuven Centre for Global Governance Studies.
