Dr Michael Sinclair is a Consultant Counselling Psychologist and the Clinical Director of City Psychology Group (CPG) in London, UK. He is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, a Registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council as well as a Chartered Scientist, registered with the Science Council, UK. Josie Seydel is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a Certified Mindfulness Teacher (with The Mindfulness Training Institute). She has been practicing meditation since 1986. She has extensive experience providing effective mindfulness based psychological therapy to corporate executives and assisting occupational health departments in managing workplace stress. Her other areas of specialist clinical practice include working with eating disorders, adolescents, self-harm and suicide. She has experience designing and delivering innovative, engaging and high quality mindfulness workshops to public audiences as well as regularly facilitating mindfulness practice groups. Along with her work as a Clinical Associate at City Psychology Group, she also runs a thriving private practice in Devon, UK.
