Kevin Douglas is a Professor of Psychology at Simon Fraser University and the author of the most widely used instrument of violence risk assessment. Currently, he is President of the International Association of Forensic Mental Health Services. Randy Otto is Associate Professor of Mental Health Law and Policy at the University of South Florida. A past President of AP-LS he is a widely published author of forensic assessment in civil and criminal law.
