Author Bio
Douglas Scarrett is joint founding editor of the Journal of Property Management and former Director of Estate Management at De Montfort University, UK. Jan Wilcox is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She spent twenty years working, mainly in property asset management, for a variety of institutions including Fenn Wright, Transport for London, The Crown Estate, Hammerson plc and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, before moving into lecturing in higher education.
