Jamie McDonald (Ph.D., University of Colorado Boulder) is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication at the University of Texas at San Antonio, USA. His research interests include identity and difference at work, occupational segregation, and feminist and queer approaches to organizing. His work has appeared in peer-reviewed journals such as Communication Theory, Management Communication Quarterly, Management Learning, the Journal of Applied Communication Research, and Gender, Work, and Organization. Rahul Mitra (Ph.D., Purdue University) is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication at Wayne State University, USA. His research focuses on sustainable organizing, corporate responsibility, and careers/work discourses. His work has appeared in peer-reviewed journals such as Management Communication Quarterly, the Journal of Applied Communication Research, Human Relations, Environmental Communication, and Journal of Business Ethics.
