Although resident in London, Charles Williams has spent much time in the Scottish Highlands, He was a soldier serving in Northern Ireland and abroad. He's at home outside and in the natural world. Charlie was diagnosed with cancer shortly after writing this book, but continues to live and experience the world, and the wonder of human existence, despite being told he will not survive. He leads a full life and is fighting on. This is Charlie's first book.
