Author Bio
Shingo Ohmori, Hiromitsu Wakana and Seiichiro Kawase are all professionally affiliated with the Communications Research Laboratory in Japan. Dr. Ohmori is director of the Kashima Space Research Center, and holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Thohoku, Japan. Dr.s Ohmori, Wakana and Kawase were each extensively involved in the Engineering Test Satellite Five (ETS-V), one of the world's first experiments in mobile satellite communications.
