This book is good for all martial artists. It is more than just a good introduction to the physical art of jujitsu. It also conveys the breadth and depth of the art and the benefits to be gained by studying it. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting an initial or deeper understanding of jujitsu.

This book is excellent work and will be of great benefit to both beginning and advanced students. It is the first book to present the techniques, philosophy, and training methods of the art of jujitsu in a form that can be easily understood. The U.S. Jujitsu Federation recommends it without reservation to all martial artists.
