LeAnne Case, a master certified water fitness instructor, has taught individual and group exercise programs for people of all levels of fitness since 1980. As an aquatic fitness expert, she has certified hundreds of professional instructors.
Case has written numerous articles on aquatics training and travels around the world lecturing on the benefits of water fitness. The author is a member of Aquatic Alliance International (AAI), the Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA), and the United States Water Fitness Association (USWFA). She has served as National Technical Director for the USWFA, motivating and overseeing the work of nearly 50 instructors throughout the country.
Case received the North Carolina Water Fitness Leader of the Year award for 1993, 1994, and 1995. Through all her activities, she strives to expand knowledge of aquatic fitness techniques and effective methods of instruction.
