  This provides coaches with 68 restart plays and 48 variations devised by some of the most successful soccer coaches throughout England and the USA. It contains winning plays from three categories: free kicks, corner kicks and throw-ins and kick-offs. For each easy-to-use play, readers are given a complete diagram, the formation for beginning to play and a full description of the procedure. Where variations appear, each has a separate diagram to make positioning and procedure clear. The plays range from easy to complex, most can be used at all levels of competition. In addition to the plays, there is information on tactics for each type of restart play.
