Paul Cook CEng FIEE was the Principal Engineer in the Technical Regulations department of the IEE. For many years he was closely involved in the preparation of the IEE Wiring Regulations BS 7671 and related publications. Jonathan Elliott is a Senior Engineer with the Institution of Engineering and Technology., where he is involved with the preparation of the IEE Wiring Regulations BS 7671 and related guidance. He is an experienced lecturer on City & Guilds electrical courses and was an Operations Engineer with the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC)
