Author Bio
Margje Koster studied child care and psychology. Supported by the Kubler-Ross Association, she helped to found a hospice for the terminally ill in Haarlem, Holland. She now works with the Metgezel Foundation in Amsterdam, charity which assists voluntary workers who provide both practical and spiritual support for people with AIDS.
