Sarah Biggs is one of the authors of The Subfertility Handbook (Sheldon, 1995). She has adopted two children herself, and has been involved in local support groups. She has also worked with British Agencies for Adoption and Fostering (BAAF), the umbrella group for adoption agencies, which provides a first port of call for many of those seeking information and advice. She lives in Wilshire.
