Author Bio
John Whaite won the third series of The Great British Bake Off. He studied at the Le Cordon Bleu, though his love of food came from learning at his mother's knee. He is resident chef on ITV's Lorraine and presenter of ITV's Chopping Block. He has his own cookery school, John Whaite's Kitchen. This is his fourth book.
