Vatcharin Bhumichitr came to London in 1976, and since then has become our premier Thai restaurateur, chef and cookery author. Previous books for Kyle Cathie include Vatch's Thai Street Food, Stylish Thai, The Big Book of Thai Curries and The Big Book of Noodles. Vatch has owned and run restaurants in Miami and Koh Samui and has recently opened La Bhu Salah art village, restaurant and cookery school near Chang Mai, Thailand.
