Author Bio
Neil Palmer was born in Cardiff in the 1960s and it was the Legendary free flowing Welsh Ruby Union side of the 1970s that sparked his love affair with this great game. A supporter of the game at grass roots level he is also a season ticket holder at Bristol Rugby Club and has attended many international Tournaments throughout the world as a fan. Neil lives in Bristol with his wife and 2 grown up children, and this is the 5th book he has written.
