Media Reviews
'I think this is a valuable course resource because Ann has pitched the content absolutely bang on for this award. It is succinctly written without devaluing the importance and application of whichever concept is being covered, and it is user friendly. I am looking forward to using it as the primary reference point for my learners on the programme' -

'Having extensively used the book to successful pass my PTTLS assessments I found it by far the most comprehensive, easy to understand and student friendly book available. Having no prior teaching experience and an objective to become a professional trainer, your book has become my bible for teaching and the 'go to' source for help.' -- Aker Aktunch
