Author Bio
Judith Christian-Carter started secondary school teaching in 1973. She has worked for the National Council of Educational Technology. For Barclays bank she headed up a team of Training Services and moved on to become Barclays manager for training strategy and planning before setting up her own training company called 'Effective Learning Solutions'. Throughout her career she has been involved with education, training and development and has undertaken a lot of instructional design herself.
