Kathleen Motacki, MSN, RN, BC, is a Lecturer, Henry P. Becton School of Nursing and Allied Health, Farleigh Dickenson University, where she teaches Child and Family nursing, Life Span Development, Community Health, and Health Care Management. She currently is President, Sigma Theta Tau International, Epsilon Rho Chapter. In 2007 she sat on ANCC's Pediatric Standards Committee for the new Pediatric Examination, and in 2006 on ANCC's National Certification Board, Pediatric Nursing. She has 25+ years experience as a practicing nurse, organizing and presenting in-service continuing education, and community outreach.
