Author Bio
S. Allyn Schaeffer studied at the Art Students League and the National Academy of Design in New York. The author of Color, Composition and Light in the Landscape (Watson-Guptill), he is also a noted teacher and conducts workshops and demonstrations for Winsor & Newton. His artwork appears in many public and private collections. John Shaw is one of the world's leading nature photographers. His work has appeared in such magazines as Audubon and National Wildlife, and in numerous books.
