Author Bio
Jennifer Lindner McGlinn is a pastry chef, teacher, and writer. Her interest in culinary history took hold while co-authoring City Tavern Baking and Dessert Cookbook, which features 18th century-inspired desserts. She also co-authored Delilah's Everyday Soul and Black Forest Feast, is former executive editor of Arts Culinaire, and recipe editor and contributor to Dining at Monticello and Recipes from the Winterthur Collection. McGlinn is a lifestyle and food writer for several Philadelphia-area magazines. She is a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals, the James Beard Foundation.
