Author Bio
Pierre Nouqueret grew up among the waves of the Grande Plage in Biarritz. Since then, he has never wavered in his love for oceans and their coastlines. A contributor and founder of several surfing publications, he has also served as executive director of Surfrider Foundation Europe (1994-2002), as editor-in-chief of Vagues magazine (editions Surf Session), and as an environmental communication and education advisor.
