Author Bio
Zachary Taylor founded the Lignaphonics Laboratory for the study of the acoustic behaviour of instruments and established the Hertfordshire Guitar Academy. He became a visiting tutor of instrument making and guitar playing at West Dean College. He has served on committee of the Art Workers' Guild, contributed dozens of magazine articles on making instruments and prestigious woodwork, exhibited as demonstrator and chief judge of the National Woodworker Competition and gives lectures for the British Museum. He is also co-author of The Scroll Saw Bench Guide (0806991399). He lives in Kenton, Middlesex.
