Author Bio
Per Pinstrup-Andersen is the H. E. Babcock Professor of Food, Nutrition and Public Policy, the J. Thomas Clark Professor of Entrepreneurship, and Professor of Applied Economics at Cornell University. He is the coauthor of Food Policy for Developing Countries: The Role of Government in Global, National, and Local Food Systems, editor of The African Food System and Its Interaction with Human Health and Nutrition and coeditor of Case Studies in Food Policy for Developing Countries, volumes I, II, and III, also from Cornell, and author or editor of many other books and journal articles. Fuzhi Cheng is a Commodity Trading Research Analyst at Noble Group based in Stamford, Connecticut.
