Shelley O'Hara is the author of more than 100 books, including the best-selling Easy Microsoft Windows 98 and other top-selling titles. She recently published her first novel, The Marriage Trifecta, and has a B.A. in English from the University of South Carolina and a M.A. in English from the University of Maryland. Kate Shoup Welsh, born and raised in Indianapolis, is a freelance writer and editor.
