His clients have included the National Association of State Boards of Education, the National Ballet of Canada, the American Institute of Architects, the Pentagon Federal Credit Union, and Lutheran World Relief. His ideas have been featured in The London Times and promoted in the National League of Cities, the Canadian Hospital Association, the American Society of Association Executives, Georgia Power Company, and many others. MIRIAM MAYHEW CARVER consults extensively in North America and England with boards in the fields of health, education, social services, charity, and mental health, as well as library boards and city councils. She was executive director of Canada's first AIDS hospice.Both authors reside in Atlanta, Georgia.
