This is then followed by a chapter outline for quick access to material, and chapter objectives to focus the student on the most important material in that chapter. Physiological, pharmacological and pathological material have been updated for this edition and case-type questions have been added. The fourth edition also features more clinical material and the answers to the clinical problems and exam questions have been moved from the end of the book to the end of each chapter.
