400 Blender Cocktails by Alison Kent, Andrew Chase, and Nicole Young has just what it claims: several hundreds recipes for drinks you can make with your blender. While the emphasis is on alcohol libations, there are plenty of modern recipes, such as the Pom Pilot (made with pomegranate juice, brandy and orange liqueur) and the White Cargo, made with vanilla ice cream and gin. There are also 40 non-alcoholic blender drinks mostly made with fruits, sodas or ice cream. All sound delicious, and all are easy to make with ingredients that you can find just about anywhere.-- (04/11/2011)
