About the Author Michael Bellomo received a degree in law from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco. Despite this awful start, he moved into the technical field and became certified in Unix System Administration from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Currently he has over five and a half years experience as a Unix (Solaris & Linux) and Microsoft Windows NT Network Manager serving with software and financial technology companies in the Silicon Valley. He is the author of the two latest Linux releases from IDG Books Worldwide, Inc., Linux Administration For Dummies and Debian/GNU Linux For Dummies, and the Microsoft Windows book Windows 2000 Administration For Dummies.
