Author Bio
About the Authors Shelley O'Hara is a freelance writer based in Indianapolis. She has written over 50 computer books, including Discover Office 97. In addition to writing, she is a trainer of computer programs for the Division of Continuing Studies for Indiana University and Purdue University at Indianapolis. O'Hara has a BA in English from the University of South Carolina and an MA in English from the University of Maryland. She has also penned 101 Ways to Drive Your Husband Insane and The Marriage Trifecta, her yet-to-be-discovered fiction work. Denise Vega received her Master's in Education from Harvard University. She works as a freelance writer and trainer in Denver, training on and writing about a variety of applications. She is the author of two books on WordPerfect 6.1 for Windows, as well as a series of courseware on the Microsoft Office suite for a Denver client. Her computer articles have appeared in a number of national magazines, and she is a regular contributing editor to WordPerfect for the Law Office magazine. She enjoys camping, fishing, and snow fun and is currently working on a children's novel. Julia Kelly is a freelance writer and a former U.S. Air Force pilot (the first female member of the Caterpillar Club, having had to eject from a disabled aircraft and return to earth via parachute). She is also a former biotechnology laboratory scientist. Among the books she has written are Discover Outlook 97 and Microsoft Excel 97 Step by Step. Kelly lives in Idaho.
