Media Reviews
`For the statistician seeking a fresh and original angle on the methods in question, this book will prove stimulating and thought provoking' - The Statistician

`One of the difficulties facing teachers of social research is the lack of sociological examples in current textbooks when it comes to explaining statistical findings in substantive terms. We can only appreciate the effort Tacq has made in searching out the examples he has chosen' - European Sociological Review
