Media Reviews

This book is a delightful departure from traditional communication texts. Clampitt's metaphors make it easy for my MBAs to appreciate the need to communicate in order to manage effectively. MBAs will be even more delighted with this second edition because it more specifically focuses on how to strategically and effectively manage communication issues they regularly confront.

-- Allyson Adrian
