Carey Marx has worked in show-business for over 15 years, initially as a magician and hypnotist, but more recently as a comedian. He has spent the last 5 years touring the country as a stand-up, including regular slots at Jongleurs and the Comedy Store. He will be taking his show Marry Me to the 2005 Edinburgh Festival, his second solo show there, following the critically acclaimed Albino Hunter in 2003. He is also working on his first novel.
