Author Bio
Christine France's passion for good, fresh food and her enthusiastic approach has made her one of Britain's most versatile food and cookery experts. After training as a Home Economist in London, her career began as a home economist in Robert Carrier's food photographic studio. She later moved on to write for many top national magazines, notably Good Housekeeping, Woman's Realm and BBC Good Food magazine. Since becoming freelance in 1989, Christine's varied work has included writing books, cookery features for magazines and newspapers, radio and TV broadcasting, recipe and product development, lecturing and food styling. Steven Wheeler began a career in food journalism after 10 years of practical experience in restaurants throughout Europe, and he is well known for his expertise in international cooking techniques. Steven has written many books including Spectacular Salads, Pan To Plate In An Instant, 20-Minute Cookbook and The Ultimate Mushroom Book. His work also appears in most leading food magazines.
