Author Bio
Jane Milton gained a BA in Home Economics at Glasgow Caledonian University. She has also obtained a post graduate marketing qualification, Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate, City and Guilds qualifications in Trainer Skills and a Cordon Vert Diploma in Vegetarian Cookery. Jenni Fleetwood is the author of a number of cookbooks and is also an established cookery editor.
