Author Bio
Doriel Hall (Swami Dayamurti Saraswati) is an experienced and well-respected yogi in both India and the UK. For this exciting new book Doriel draws on her 40 years' experience and practice of yoga, including running a residential yoga centre, to instruct yoga teachers for The British Wheel of Yoga (recognised by the Sports Council as the governing body for yoga in Great Britain). She is the author of four books and a Trustee for the Yoga Biomedical Trust, which promotes yoga therapy.
