Author Bio
Bel Gibbs is passionate about communicating the benefits of yoga for children and adults. After completing a BA Honours Degree from Oxford Brookes University in languages, Bel spent several years as a PR consultant. Pregnancy and its accompanying discomforts turned her hobby of yoga into much more. She devoted more and more time to her own yoga practice and began to teach yoga to small groups of students and completed The British Wheel of Yoga Teacher Training Diploma. Bel has now been teaching for four years and runs adult yoga classes as well as teaching yoga to children in schools and yoga centres. She also enjoys organising children's Yoga parties where yoga animal postures are used to inspire children's natural sense of fun.
