Author Bio
Malcolm Creasey, is a highly qualified mountain guide and first aid instructor, and holds many awards and certificates relating to his work. For many years he has trained and assessed mountain leaders and instructors at all levels. He contributes regularly to climbing magazines. Nigel Shephard, is a climbing instructor and international mountain guide. He writes frequently for climbing magazines. Nick Banks, is also a climbing instructor and international mountain guide. He was chief instructor at Plas y Brenin, in North Wales, for several years. Neil Gresham, is one of Britain's top all-round climbers, and has written extensively on training and performance techniques.
