Author Bio
Carol Bowen has been a freelance cookery writer, food consultant and broadcaster since 1979, having previously worked for Good Housekeeping, Homes & Gardens and Bird's Eye (as the Head of Consumer Affairs). Carol contributes regularly to national newspapers, magazines, radio and television programmes and is the author of over 70 cookery books on a wide range of subjects. She is a firm convert to and an expert on microwave cooking and has written on the subject for the Sunday Telegraph Magazine. More recently, she has advised on projects with Keith Floyd and BBC television's Masterchef.
