Children's Illustrated Bible

Children's Illustrated Bible

by Victoria Parker (Author), Janet Dyson (Editor)

Synopsis

The stories in this children's Bible bring the people, places and events of the Bible alive. Illustrations capture the atmosphere and drama of the stories, information panels provide extra facts about everyday life in biblical times and help in understanding what the stories mean, and colourful maps show where biblical events took place. This combination of stories and information gives a broad insight into the world of both the Old and New Testaments. An introduction to the classic stories of the Bible, the book includes all the favourites such as Noah's Ark, the Resurrection of Jesus and Saul/Paul on the Road to Damascus.
